Delivery Time 

  • Confirmed orders will be couriered via standard service within 72 hours (3 business days), Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). 

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner and location: 
    • West Malaysia (Peninsular): 3–5 business days 
    • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 7–10 business days 


Multiple Address Delivery 

  • Each order can only be delivered to one address. 

  • For delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination. 


Shipping Rates (Domestic Delivery) 

  • West Malaysia: RM8.00

  • East Malaysia: RM18.00 

  • Delivery service is unavailable to PO Box addresses. 



Free Shipping Thresholds 

  • West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders RM100 & above 

  • East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders RM200 & above 



International Shipping 

  • Available for selected destinations. 

  • Shipping charges are based on parcel weight and destination. 

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and related fees. 

  • Delivery times vary depending on courier partner and customs process. 



Risk of Loss 

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
